形成性考核是远程开放教育课程考核的重要组成部分,是教学质量保证体系的重要内容。实施形成性考核,是加强教学过程指导和管理的重要手段,是改革考核内容、改进考核方式的是重要措施,是科学测评学生学习效果、提高学生综合能力、强化素质教育的重要途径。目前的远程开放教育体系,集中体现了先进教育技术环境下学习过程的个性化和自主化特点。因此,如何建立适应新疆远程开放教育的形成性考核运作模式,就成为本课题研究中一项十分重要的内容。
Formative assessment is an important part of the curriculum evaluation of distance and open education and an important content of the teaching quality assurance system. The implementation of the formative assessment is an important means to strengthen the guidance and management of the teaching process. It is an important measure to reform the examination content and improve the assessment method. It is an important way to scientifically evaluate students ’learning effectiveness, improve students’ comprehensive abilities and strengthen quality education. The current open and distance education system embodies the individualized and autonomous characteristics of the learning process under the advanced educational technology environment. Therefore, how to establish a mode of formative assessment of operation in Xinjiang’s distance and open education has become a very important part in the research of this topic.
