1994年上海市制定了《DBJ08—20—94住宅建筑设计标准》,作为上海市今后几年非商品房住宅设计和建设的法规,该标准中对多层住宅建筑平面设计规定如下几条: 1.平均每户建筑面积不应超过60m~2。使用面积不得低于:小套33m~2;中套40m~2;大套52m~2。各类房间净面积不得低于:主卧室12m~2,双人卧室9m~2,单人卧室6m~2:起居室12m~2;厨房5.0、4.5,4.0m~2;卫生间3.5m~2。
In 1994, Shanghai formulated the “DBJ08-20-94 Residential Building Design Standard” as a regulation for the design and construction of non-commercial housing in the next few years in Shanghai. The standard specifies the following aspects for the multi-storey residential building graphic design: 1. The average building area per household should not exceed 60m~2. The use area shall not be lower than: small sets of 33m~2; middle sets of 40m~2; large sets of 52m~2. The net area of various rooms must not be lower than: the main bedroom 12m~2, the double bedroom 9m~2, the single bedroom 6m~2: the living room 12m~2; the kitchen 5.0, 4.5, 4.0m~2; the bathroom 3.5m~2.
