将TiO_2和炭黑按比例混合,部分混合物中加入少量ZnO添加剂,在1200~2000℃高温下于氮气流中氮化,合成了TiN粉末。分析结果表明,在所优选的反应条件下,产物的氮含量接近21.5%,氧含量小于2.0%,碳含量小于1.0%。本文研究了TiO_2-C混合物的碳含量、ZnO的加入量及反应条件对产物化学组成的影响,对生成TiN的各种反应进行了热力学和动力学讨论。
TiO 2 and carbon black are mixed in proportion, a small amount of ZnO additive is added into part of the mixture, and the mixture is nitrated in a nitrogen flow at a high temperature of 1200 to 2000 ° C. to synthesize TiN powder. The analysis results show that under the optimal reaction conditions, the nitrogen content of the product is close to 21.5%, the oxygen content is less than 2.0% and the carbon content is less than 1.0%. Thermodynamics and kinetics of various reactions of TiN were discussed.
