目的:探讨癫痫智能碍障的WAIS-RC智力量表与P300潜伏期二者之间的关系。方法:对66例20~50岁癫痫患者(病人)用WAIS-RC测出全智商(FIQ),以纯音“oddbal”刺激序列从Cz引出P300(P3),测其峰潜时(PL)和波辐(Amp)。以50例年龄、性别、文化水平相匹配的志愿健康人为对照。病人按FIQ<90分(智能减低)和≥90分(知能正常)分为A和B两组。然后将P3各参量(主要为PL)进行组间统计学分析。结果:A组和B组与对照组,P3各参量(PL,Amp)均有显著性差异(P<0.05/0.01),P3PL,A组B组>对照组;P3Amp,则反之。McNemar测试FIQ与P3PL以X+2.0/2.5SD为上限时,则两种方法结果无显著性差异。Kappa值测算,FIQ与上述P3PL合理的上限比较时,其K值依次分别为0.69、0.64。结论:对该组病人的智能测验,电生理与心理学两种方法的测试结果,无显著性差异,但P3PL正常上限以X+2SD/2.5SD为宜。两法虽有某种程度的一致性,但并不完全。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between WAIS-RC intelligence scale and P300 latency in epileptic patients with intellectual impairment. Methods: Sixty-six cases of patients with epilepsy between 20 and 50 years old (patients) were tested for total intelligence (FIQ) by WAIS-RC and P300 (P3) was extracted from Cz with “oddbal” Wave (Amp). 50 cases of age, gender and cultural level of volunteer healthy people as a control. Patients were divided into groups A and B according to FIQ <90 (decrease in intelligence) and ≥90 (normal knowledge). Then P3 parameters (mainly PL) for statistical analysis between groups. Results: There was significant difference between group A and group B and control group and group P3 (PL, Amp) (P <0.05 / 0.01), group P3PL, group A and group B> control group . McNemar test FIQ and P3PL with X + 2.0 / 2.5SD as the upper limit, then the two methods showed no significant difference. Kappa value calculation, FIQ and the reasonable upper limit of the above P3PL, the K values were 0.69,0.64, respectively. Conclusion: There is no significant difference between the two groups in the intelligence test, electrophysiology and psychology test, but the upper limit of P3PL with X + 2SD / 2.5SD is appropriate. Although there is some degree of consistency between the two laws, they are not complete.
