延边国有企业改革滞后,已经成为我州国民经济改革与发展的关键性制约因素。如果不尽快改变国有企业改革滞后的状况,将严重影响新体制建立的进程和市场经济的进一步发展。从这些年企业改革的实践和延边的实际来看,笔者认为,深化企业改革必须从实际出发,把企业改革的方向目标与解决企业面临的困难和问题紧密结合起来,因企制宜,分类指导,重点突破,配套推进。本文就此问题作一粗浅探讨。
The lag in the reform of state-owned enterprises in Yanbian has become a key constraint to the reform and development of our national economy. If we do not change the lagging state-owned enterprise reform as soon as possible, it will seriously affect the process of establishing the new system and the further development of the market economy. From the perspective of the practice of enterprise reform in these years and the actuality of Yanbian, the author believes that in order to deepen enterprise reform, we must proceed from reality and closely integrate the direction of enterprise reform with the difficulties and problems faced by the enterprise. , breakthroughs in key areas and supporting advancement.
