研究了CRP与SBS复合改性浇注式沥青混凝土的性能,对比研究了不同配合比例的CRP与SBS复合改性沥青的针入度、软化点、延度和135℃黏度;研究了不同配合比例的GA混合料的流动性、贯入度、动稳定度、最佳油石比,以及高温、低温性能和水稳定性。结果表明:CRP提高沥青软化点的效果与SBS相当,但SBS与CRP复合改性提高沥青及其混合料的高温性能效果好于单掺改性;CRP可以明显提高沥青的高温稳定性,但增加黏度不大,与SBS复合改性,既可以增加GA的高温性能,又能较好满足施工的流动性。给出了CRP与SBS复合改性浇注式沥青混凝土的最佳配合比。
The properties of CRP and SBS composite modified pouring asphalt concrete were studied. The penetration, softening point, ductility and 135 ℃ viscosity of CRP and SBS composite modified asphalt were compared. The effects of different blending ratio GA mixture fluidity, penetration, dynamic stability, the best ratio of oil to stone, as well as high temperature, low temperature performance and water stability. The results show that the effect of CRP on asphalt softening point is equivalent to that of SBS, but the effect of CRP and SBS on the high temperature performance of asphalt and its blends is better than that of SBS. CRP can obviously improve the high temperature stability of asphalt, Viscosity is not large, and SBS compound modified, both GA can increase the high temperature performance, but also better meet the construction of the liquidity. The best blending ratio of CRP and SBS compound modified pouring asphalt concrete is given.
