目的评价吉林市直属学校食堂卫生监督量化管理实施后食品卫生量化分级管理的效果。方法通过整群抽样的方法,抽取吉林市直属学校食堂66家,根据卫生部《食品卫生监督量化分级管理指南》,对研究对象的食品卫生指标进行两轮量化评分,在第一轮量化评分后对食堂采取加强监督、指导、培训等措施,比较两轮量化评分结果进行比较分析。结果经标化打分后,第一轮评出A级0家,B级19家,C级47,第二轮评出A级4家,B级18家,C级44家;卫生许可审查量化评分第二轮明显高于第一轮(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;第二轮量化评分合格率提高的指标有6项(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论量化分级管理可以调动企业加强自身管理,促进学校改善食堂的卫生现状。
Objective To evaluate the effect of quantitative management of food hygiene after the implementation of quantitative management of school health supervision in Jilin City. Methods Through cluster sampling method, 66 schools canteen directly under Jilin Province were selected. According to the “Guidance on Quantitative and Hierarchical Management of Food Hygiene Supervision” issued by the Ministry of Health, the food hygiene indicators of the research object were scored for two rounds of quantification. After the first round of quantitative evaluation The canteen to strengthen supervision, guidance, training and other measures to compare the two rounds of quantitative scoring results for comparative analysis. Results After the standardization score, the first round rated 0 A-level, B-class 19, C-class 47, the second round of A-level evaluation 4, B-class 18, C-class 44; The score of the second round was significantly higher than that of the first round (P <0.05), and the difference was statistically significant. There were six indicators of passing rate of the second round of quantitative evaluation (P <0.05), with significant difference. Conclusion Quantitative and hierarchical management can mobilize enterprises to strengthen their own management, and promote schools to improve the health status of the canteen.
