心钠素(eardionatrin)是由心房产生和分泌的一种内分泌激素,具有利钠、利尿、扩张血管和治疗高血压病的作用.有关高血压病患者心钠素测定国内已有数篇报道。为进一步研究抗高血压药物对心钠素的影响,探讨其降压途径,本文分别用巯甲丙脯酸和心痛定治疗高血压病28例,于治疗前、后测定心钠素浓度,探讨两种药物与心钠素的关系,并对其在高血压病中的意义和价值进行初步探讨。
