目的:疼痛是包皮环切术后常见问题,为了探讨包皮术后疼痛缓解的新方法,我们对纳米银抗菌敷料缓解包皮环切术后疼痛的疗效进行了观察。方法:泌尿外科门诊接受包皮环切手术的患者共60例。所有患者术后均不应用止痛药物或其他止痛方法。将患者随机分为2组,试验组术后使用纳米银医用抗菌敷料(深圳市爱杰特医药科技有限公司研制开发)覆盖伤口,对照组按常规方法术后使用凡士林纱布和无菌纱布敷料。术后第1、2、3、5、7天对患者进行随访并根据改良数字疼痛量表进行疼痛评分。各临床因素对痛觉评分的影响采用多元回归分析方法。结果:两组患者全部完成临床观察,所有患者术后均未应用止痛药物或其他止痛方法。患者平均年龄为(31.13±13.94)岁,两组患者的年龄及体重指数(BMI=体重/身高2)均没有统计学差异。对两组患者疼痛评分的比较发现:第1、2、3、5天,试验组的平均痛觉评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。通过多元回归分析发现:年龄、病种、体重指数与痛觉评分无关,只有使用不同敷料对术后疼痛程度有影响。结论:纳米银医用抗菌敷料可明显缓解包皮环切术后的疼痛。
OBJECTIVE: Pain is a common problem after circumcision. To explore a new method of relieving pain after circumcision, we observed the curative effect of nano-silver antibacterial dressing on postoperative circumcision pain relief. METHODS: Sixty patients undergoing circumcision at a urology clinic were included. All patients should not use painkillers or other analgesic methods after surgery. The patients were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group was covered with a nano-silver medical anti-bacterial dressing (Shenzhen Ai Jie Te Medical Technology Co., Ltd.), and the control group was treated with Vaseline gauze and sterile gauze dressing according to the conventional method. Patients were followed up on days 1, 2, 3, 5, and 7 after surgery and pain scores were scored based on a modified digital pain scale. Various clinical factors on the pain score using multiple regression analysis. Results: All the two groups of patients completed the clinical observation. All patients did not have any pain medication or other analgesic methods after operation. The mean age of patients was (31.13 ± 13.94) years. There was no significant difference in age and body mass index (BMI = body weight / height 2) between the two groups. The comparison of the pain scores of the two groups showed that the average pain scores of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 5th days (P <0.05). Multiple regression analysis found that age, disease type, body mass index had no relation with pain score, and only different dressings had an effect on the degree of postoperative pain. Conclusion: Nano silver medical antibacterial dressing can significantly relieve the pain after circumcision.
