本文简述了三个问题。第一,《圣经·出埃及记》中对没有井盖而造成他人财产损失的问题已有明确的法律规定,不免令今人赧颜。第二,有些人认为面食是东汉时期由中亚经西域传入中国的,本文指出这种看法与事实不符,中国在战国时期已有面食。第三,《吕氏春秋》的“岁在涒滩”是作者对该书撰成年代的说明,但古来存在不同理解。本文认为“岁在涒滩”只能理解为秦始皇八年。
This article outlines three issues. First, there are clear legal provisions in the Bible in Exodus on the issue of the loss of property caused by manhole covers, which inevitably discourage the people. Second, some people think that the pasta was imported from Central Asia through the Western Regions during the Eastern Han Dynasty. This article points out that this view is not in conformity with the facts. China has pasta in the Warring States Period. Thirdly, “The Spring in the Spring and Autumn Annals” is a description of the author’s age, but there are different understandings in ancient times. This paper argues that “old in 涒 Beach ” can only be understood as Qin Shihuang eight years.
