目的分析金山区社区卫生服务中心人力资源现状,为社区卫生技术人员队伍建设提供基础性资料,为制定合理的社区卫生服务发展策略提供依据。方法利用EXCEL、SPSS对14家社区卫生服务中心卫生技术人员人力资源资料进行统计分析。结果金山区社区卫生服务中心缺乏高素质人才,呈现低学历、低职称,公共卫生医师、药剂师、康复医师紧缺。结论要积极引进人才进入社区,重视和加强对社区卫生服务中心卫生技术人员的教育培训,注重竞争机制,以适应“六位一体”功能转变对员工素质的需要。
Objective To analyze the current situation of human resources in community health service centers in Jinshan District, provide basic information for the construction of community health technicians and provide the basis for developing a reasonable community health service development strategy. Methods EXCEL and SPSS were used to analyze the human resource data of health technicians in 14 community health service centers. Results Jinshan community health service center lack of high-quality personnel, showing low education, low title, public health physicians, pharmacists, rehabilitation physicians in short supply. Conclusion It is necessary to actively introduce talents into the community, attach importance to and strengthen the education and training of health technicians in community health service centers, and pay attention to the competition mechanism so as to meet the need of “six in one” function transformation to the quality of staff.
