抗苗勒管激素(AMH)是目前倍受关注的女性生殖生理调节因子之一。抗苗勒管激素(AMH)由卵巢窦前卵泡及小窦状卵泡颗粒细胞分泌,不受促性腺激素的反馈调节,可早期、准确评估卵巢储备功能,相对提高辅助生殖技术(ART)的成功率;AMH可抑制卵泡的募集、选择,对卵泡障碍性疾病如多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)和卵巢早衰(POF)的发病机制诊断有重要价值。研究表明,AMH较其它卵巢功能评价指标如FSH、LH、E2更能准确反映生育年龄女性机体内分泌状态,有望成为评估卵巢功能的新指标。国外已将AMH用于评估卵巢储备功能。鉴于AMH在临床应用的广阔前景,了解国内生育期女性血清AMH水平非常有必要。
Anti-Mullerian hormone (AMH) is currently one of the female reproductive physiology regulator. Anti-Mullerian hormone (AMH) is secreted by ovarian preantral follicles and small sinusoid granulosa cells, and is not regulated by gonadotrophin feedback. AMH can assess ovarian reserve function accurately and early, and improve the success of assisted reproductive technology (ART) Rate; AMH can inhibit the recruitment of follicles, selection, diagnosis of follicular disorders such as polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and premature ovarian failure (POF) has important value in the pathogenesis. Studies have shown that, AMH than other ovarian function evaluation indicators such as FSH, LH, E2 can accurately reflect the reproductive age female body endocrine status, is expected to be a new indicator of ovarian function assessment. AMH has been used abroad to assess ovarian reserve function. In view of the broad prospect of AMH in clinical application, it is necessary to understand the serum AMH levels of female during the reproductive years in China.
