拨叉是拖拉机换档调速的重要零件。红卫-12手扶拖拉机拨叉材料是KT35-10可锻铸铁。KT35-10系以铁素体为基体的可锻铸铁,习惯认为不容易用普通热处理方法淬硬,因此,长期以来一直是不经淬火而直接使用。使用过程中,拨叉爪部两侧面磨损严重,寿命甚短。据统计,红卫-12手扶拖拉机损坏的拨叉中,大部分是因爪面过早的磨损而失效。拨叉成为重要的易损件之一。图1是红卫-12手扶拖拉机三种拨叉的结构简图。

It is customary to think that it is not easy to be hardened by ordinary heat treatment. Therefore, it has long been used directly without quenching. During use, both sides of the fork claw parts wear serious, short life expectancy. According to statistics, Hongwei -12 walking tractor damaged fork, most of the failure due to premature jaw wear. Forks become one of the important wearing parts. Figure 1 is Hongwei -12 walking tractor three fork structure diagram.
