小分子右旋糖酐(Dextranum 6％)是一种血容量扩充剂,有改善微循环,防止弥散性血管内凝血的作用,不良反应主要偶见过敏反应,如发热、荨麻疹,极个别的有血压下降、胸闷、呼吸困难。但引起周身乏力者国内未见报道。现将我院遇到的2例报道如下。 例1,患者,男,64a。因左侧肢体活动不灵10d,于1994年7月3日入院,查体:BP22/12KPa,神志清,语言流利,自动体位,颈软,心肺(一),肝功、胸透正常,左上肢肌力Ⅳ级,左下肢肌力Ⅳ—Ⅴ级。右侧正常,病理反射未引出。脑CT示右基底节区脑梗塞灶,
