分析健康对照组42人,甲状腺机能亢进(甲亢)初发组26人、治疗未愈组22人、治疗缓解组36人的血清微球蛋白(β2-M),FT3、FT4水平。结果分别为1.14±0.86,6.32±2.10,14.74±4.07;2.72±1.93,29.17±17.28,50.93±21.15,2.88±2.08,15.23±9.25,23.19±15.32;1.50±0.86,5.23±1.64,12.83±4.86.甲亢初发组与未愈组3项指标与对照组比较差异有高度显著性(P<0.01),缓解组差异无显著性(P>0.05).甲亢初发组FT3、FT4与β2-M含量呈正相关,未愈组则无相关关系。4组人群甲状腺抗体阳性率分别为0%、69%、31%、17%,其中初发甲亢组甲状腺微粒体抗体阳性率高(57.7%).在甲亢治疗早期抗体平均结合率下降速度早于β2-M、FT3、FT4,但最终恢复到正常范围又慢于它们以上3指标。
Thirty-two healthy controls, 26 hyperthyroidism patients, 26 untreated patients and 36 remission patients were enrolled in this study. Serum microglobulin (β2-M), FT3 and FT4 were measured in 36 patients in the remission group. The results were 1.14 ± 0.86, 6.32 ± 2.10 and 14.74 ± 4.07 respectively; 2.72 ± 1.93, 29.17 ± 17.28 and 50.93 ± 21.15 , 2.88 ± 2.08, 15.23 ± 9.25, 23.19 ± 15.32; 1.50 ± 0.86, 5.23 ± 1.64, 12.83 ± 4.86, respectively. There were significant differences in the three indexes of hyperthyroidism group and control group (P <0.01), but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). The initial group of hyperthyroidism FT3, FT4 and β2-M content was positively correlated, unhealed group was not related. The positive rates of thyroid antibodies in the four groups were 0%, 69%, 31% and 17%, respectively. The positive rate of thyroid microsomal antibodies in the primary hyperthyroidism group was high (57.7%). In the early treatment of hyperthyroidism, the average rate of antibody binding decreased earlier than β2-M, FT3, FT4, but eventually returned to the normal range and slower than the above three indicators.
