本文叙述了用小型試驗室哈兹(Hanz)跳汰机进行的一些試驗。試驗的首要目的是研究跳汰过程中冲程长度和冲次的改变职及跳汰床层液流对于精矿产率和錫的回收率所起的影响(定量方面)。試驗采用馬来亚的巴坦貝墧塔(Batang Berjuntai)錫矿床的含錫冲积层物料做为試样。改变給矿中錫石的百分数(即给矿品位)职及除去給矿中最粗颗粒所产生的影响,也大致进行了研究。
This article describes some experiments with the Hanz jig in a small laboratory. The primary purpose of the experiment was to investigate the effects of changes in run length and stroke on jigging and jig flow on the concentrate yield and tin recovery (quantitatively). The test uses a stratum-containing alluvium material from the Batang Berjuntai tin deposit in Malaya as a sample. The change in the percentage of cassiterite in the ore (ie, feed grade) and the removal of the coarsest particles in the mine has also been largely studied.
