近年ABO血型及Rh血型分布调查的文献国内有一定的报道,为填补舟山海岛人群ABO及Rh血型分布资料,对舟山市8569例汉族人的ABO及Rh血型抗原分布及基因频率的分布情况进行了调查统计分析,现报告如下。材料与方法1．调查对象为舟山市饮服行业从业人员6041人,献血者2528人。2．分型方法ABO血型用玻片法鉴定,Rh血型用盐水法,抗-D阴性者再用酶/抗人球法,排除D~u型。结果与分析1．结果见表1_。X~2检验,观察值与期望值无显著性差异,符合hardyweinery分布。
In recent years, there have been reports of ABO blood group and Rh blood group distribution in China. To fill the distribution of ABO and Rh blood group in Zhoushan Island population, the ABO and Rh blood group antigen distribution and gene frequency distribution of 8569 Han people in Zhoushan City were studied. The statistical analysis of the survey is as follows. Materials and Methods 1. The respondents were 6041 workers in the Beverage Industry in Zhoushan and 2,528 blood donors. 2. Classification method ABO blood group was identified by slide method. Rh blood type was saline method, anti-D negative was reused enzyme/anti-human ball method, and D~u type was excluded. Results and Analysis 1. The results are shown in Table 1_. The X~2 test showed no significant difference between the observed value and the expected value, which was consistent with the hardyweinery distribution.
