In 1988, our department set up a medical research fund and incorporated 200,000 yuan of medical research and special funds each year into fund management. We conducted open tendering, peer review, and excellent support for research projects. The funding period was 3 years. For more than 10 years, our office has conducted 4 projects in total and has conducted a retrospective survey on the implementation of the 61 winning projects funded by the previous 3 halls in order to find out the existing problems.
