目的对比三维自由解剖成像(Omniview)技术联合容积对比增强(VCI)技术、Omniview技术、二维超声对胎儿胼胝体结构显示率及其对胼胝体发育不全的诊断价值。方法选取20~32孕周接受产前超声检查的胎儿1 000例,应用Omniview联合VCI技术、Omniview技术、二维超声观察胎儿胼胝体结构,并对图像数据进行诊断及统计分析。结果 Omniview联合VCI技术对胼胝体结构显示率明显高于单纯采用Omniview技术及二维超声(F=667.017,P<0.05)。结论应用Omniview联合VCI技术对胼胝体结构显示率达98.8%,能够准确评估胎儿胼胝体发育。
Objective To compare the diagnostic value of three-dimensional free-standing anatomical imaging (Omniview) combined with volume contrast enhancement (VCI), Omniview technique and two-dimensional ultrasound in the diagnosis of fetal corpus callosum and its detection of corpus callosum hypoplasia. Methods One hundred and eighty fetuses underwent prenatal ultrasound examination from 20 weeks to 32 gestational weeks. Omniview combined with VCI technique and Omniview technique were used to observe the structure of fetal corpus callosum. The image data were diagnosed and analyzed statistically. Results The Omniview combined with VCI showed a significantly higher rate of corpus callosum than Omniview alone and two-dimensional ultrasound (F = 667.017, P <0.05). Conclusion The Omniview combined with VCI technique shows the corpus callosum structure display rate of 98.8%, which can accurately assess the fetal corpus callosum development.
