二安替比林甲烷(DAM)分光光度测定钛,诸作者操作条件不一致,有的手续费时过长。文献记载显色液放0.5至2小时后测量吸光度,文献则显色后放置3小时或过夜。我们用优选法试验,证明加入足够过量的DAM,可大大缩短显色的时间。同时我们用正交设计试验,证明在本实验条件下,盐酸、抗坏血酸、DAM的相互作用影响不显著。盐酸加入量较多时,可影响测定钛的准确度和精密度,且DAM需过量很多。最后,我们进行了样品的分析。
Diantipyryl methane (DAM) spectrophotometric determination of titanium, the authors operating conditions are inconsistent, and some fees are too long. The literature describes the color reagent 0.5 to 2 hours after the absorbance was measured, the literature is the color after 3 hours or overnight. We use the best method test, proved that adding enough DAM, can greatly reduce the color time. At the same time, we use orthogonal design test to prove that under the experimental conditions, the interaction of hydrochloric acid, ascorbic acid and DAM has no significant effect. When the amount of hydrochloric acid is large, the accuracy and precision of the determination of titanium can be affected, and the DAM needs to be excessively excessive. Finally, we conducted a sample analysis.
