在组合机床及其自动线中,滑台导轨的润滑是很必要的。最好能实现间歇自动润滑,即隔一段时问自动润滑一次。但目前在一些组合机床或自动线上,仍然采用手动润滑,有的即使采用了自动润滑,但效果不好,或达不到予定的要求。例如:FX—02缝纫机底板加工自动线的自动润滑电气回路(图示),修改前,虽从原理图上看是可行的,但不能满足使用要求。
