目的:探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(BFGF)与葡萄胎血管缺失的关系。方法:采用免疫组化S-P法检测正常早孕绒毛及葡萄胎绒毛中CD34、VEGF与BFGF的表达强度并观察葡萄胎绒毛间质血管形态学特征。结果:(1)完全性葡萄胎绒毛间质仍可见为数不少的血管。(2)完全性葡萄胎组微血管密度(MVD)明显低于部分性葡萄胎组(P<0.01),部分性葡萄胎组MVD明显低于正常早孕组(P<0.01)。(3)绒毛间质,完全性葡萄胎组VEGF、BFGF表达明显低于部分性葡萄胎组(均P<0.01),部分性葡萄胎组VEGF、BFGF表达明显低于正常早孕组(均P<0.01)。结论:葡萄胎绒毛间质VEGF及BFGF低表达与血管缺失有关。葡萄胎血管发育障碍,导致胚胎死亡。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and basic fibroblast growth factor (BFGF) and the absence of hydatidiform mole. Methods: The expression intensity of CD34, VEGF and BFGF in normal early pregnancy villi and hydatidiform mole was detected by immunohistochemical S-P method and the morphological characteristics of villus interstitial blood vessels were observed. Results: (1) Complete mole villus stroma still visible a large number of blood vessels. (2) MVD in complete hydatidiform mole group was significantly lower than that in partial hydatidiform mole group (P <0.01). MVD in partial hydatidiform mole group was significantly lower than that in normal early pregnancy group (P <0.01). (3) The expression of VEGF and BFGF in complete hydatidiform mole group was significantly lower than that in partial hydatidiform mole group (all P <0.01). The expression of VEGF and BFGF in partial hydatidiform mole group was significantly lower than that in normal early pregnancy group P <0.01). Conclusion: The low expression of VEGF and BFGF in the mesenchyme of Villus is related to the loss of blood vessels. Mole vascular dysplasia, resulting in embryonic death.
