患儿,2岁半,生后即发现除正常位置之阴茎外,在会阴正中偏左0.5cm处发现另一阴茎,有阴茎海绵体、龟头、包皮,但不溢尿,能勃起,有伸缩性,随年龄增长而增大.其兄6岁,发育正常,无任何畸形.父母体健,非近亲结婚.家族史无特殊.体检:患儿足月顺产,新法接生,患儿发育正常,营养中等,正常部位有阴茎、阴囊,阴囊内左右各有睾丸一枚,睾丸大小正常,有正常精索.排泄性尿路造影:双肾、双输尿管、膀胱均属正常.会阴正中偏左0.5cm、肛门前1cm处可见一长4cm、直径1.5cm、周长3.5cm的阴茎,质地较正常阴茎稍软,有龟头、包皮及尿道口,但尿道口内是个盲端,不溢尿,用丝状探子可探入
