传统法学教育忽视对学生职业技能和创新意识的培养,从而导致学生毕业后难以迅速适应法律职业岗位的需要,急需转型。而角色扮演教学法恰恰能担负起法学教育转型的重任。运用角色扮演教学法应注重以下关键因素:主题的选择和场景的预设;角色的合理选择和分配;场景的进入和角色的发挥;课程的总结与评价。角色扮演法具有重大的应用价值,有利于充分调动学生的学习主动性,提高学生的职业素质和职业技能,开拓学生的创新和创造性思维。
Traditional legal education ignores the cultivation of students’ vocational skills and innovative awareness, which makes it difficult for students to quickly adapt to the needs of legal occupations after graduation and is in urgent need of transformation. The role-playing teaching method can afford to undertake the legal education reform task. The use of role-playing teaching method should focus on the following key factors: the theme of the choice and the scene preset; the role of a reasonable choice and distribution; scene entry and role play; curriculum summary and evaluation. Role-playing method has great application value, which is conducive to fully mobilize the learning initiative of students, improve students ’professional quality and vocational skills, and develop students’ innovative and creative thinking.
