目的:提高鉴别颠茄制剂的专属性。方法:通过纸色谱鉴别颠茄制剂中的阿托品与东菪莨碱。结果:本法简便、准确、专属性强。结论:适于颠茄制剂的鉴别。
Objectives: To improve the specificity of identifying belladonna preparations. Methods: Atropine and Osthodonin were identified by paper chromatography. Results: This method is simple, accurate and specific. Conclusion: It is suitable for the identification of belladonna preparations.
