药物抗早孕方法简便,并发症少。芫花为中草药瑞香科植物。芫花萜系从芫花根部提纯制成的针剂。为中性二萜类化合物。我院自1977年将芫花萜80～100微克经阴道注入子宫腔内进行抗早孕16例。有效率为68.7%。为了进一步提高效果。开展了复方芫花萜抗早孕共147例。现将临床资料小结如下。对象为妊娠5～12周妇女,需终止妊娠者。禁忌症:重要脏器有明显疾病,急性生殖道炎症,血凝障碍及引产前有阴道
