12年前,我被组织上任命为辽宁刊授党校铁岭学区办公室主任,校部批准我为教育长,从此我与刊授党校结下了不解之缘。那是一个全党都大呼唤知识和人才的年代。正确的导向所激发出来的极大的学习热情,迅速汇集成向知识进军的滚滚浪潮。在干部教育正规化旗帜下,利用零星的时间,获得系统知识的刊授党校为难以离职学习的各级党员、干部开辟了一条学习的途径。难怪刊授教育一问世,就受辽北的各级党员干部青睐,马克思主义基本理论第一期学习班就招收学员8600名,创出铁岭市社会化教育招生之最。
Twelve years ago, I was appointed to chair the office of Tieling School District in Liaoning. The school department approved me as the director of education. Since then, I have been struggling with the publication of the Party School. It was an era when all the people in the party called for knowledge and talent. The great enthusiasm for learning inspired by the correct guidance quickly converged into a tidal wave of knowledge advancement. Under the banner of the standardization of cadre education, party members and cadres at all levels who have difficulty in leaving their posts for study have been given a chance to learn through sporadic hours and systematic knowledge. It is no wonder that after the advent of education, it was favored by party members and cadres at all levels in northern Liaoning. The first phase of the basic theory of Marxism recruited 8,600 students, creating the highest enrollment of socialized education in Tieling.
