2010年4月14日7时49分,青海玉树发生7.1级地震,随后又连续发生多次较强的余震,给当地人民群众生命财产造成了巨大的损害。交通运输部党组按照党中央、国务院的部署和要求,立即启动抗震救灾一级响应,在国务院抗震救灾总指挥部基础设施保障和生产恢复组的框架下,成立了交通运输部抗震救灾抢险保通、运输保障、综合宣传等三个工作小组,全力投入党中央、国务院领导下的救灾工作,以及全力支持青海省委省政府领导下的地方交通运输部门做好公路抢险保通、运输保障工作。
At 7.19 on April 14, 2010, a 7.1-magnitude earthquake struck Yushu in Qinghai Province, followed by many more strong aftershocks that continued to cause tremendous damage to the lives and property of local people. In accordance with the arrangements and requirements of the Central Party Committee and the State Council, the Party Department of the Ministry of Transport immediately launched a first-class response to the earthquake relief work. Under the framework of Infrastructure Protection and Production Recovery Team under the State Council General Command of Earthquake Relief and Disaster Relief, the Ministry of Transport established the Ministry of Transportation , Transportation support and comprehensive propaganda. They devote themselves fully to disaster relief work under the leadership of the Party Central Committee and the State Council, and fully support the local transportation departments under the leadership of the Qinghai Provincial Party Committee and Government to do a good job in highway rescue, transportation and security.
