针对某型柴油机的配气系统,进行中压共轨电控可变气门系统设计。根据电控可变气门的工作原理,利用Amesim软件建立电液控制配气机构的仿真模型。利用仿真模型,对电控可变气门的动态特性进行研究,分析活塞直径、高压共轨腔压力和高压电磁阀的通流面积等参数对气门升程及气门响应的影响规律,并用Pro/E软件进行了该系统的结构设计,为进一步地研究电液气门驱动系统提供了有效帮助。
For a diesel engine with a gas distribution system for medium-pressure common rail controlled variable valve system design. According to the working principle of electronically controlled variable valve, Amesim software is used to establish the simulation model of electro-hydraulic control valve. The dynamic characteristics of electronically controlled variable valve were studied by using the simulation model. The influences of parameters such as piston diameter, high pressure common rail pressure and flow area of high pressure solenoid valve on valve lift and valve response were analyzed. Pro / E The software has carried on the structural design of this system, has offered the effective help for further studying the electro-hydraulic valve actuation system.
