中国工程建设标准化协会第五届会员代表大会,于1999年11月19～21日,在江苏省南京市隆重召开。这是在人类即将跨入二十一世纪之际,我国工程建设标准化工作中的一次盛会。来自国务院各有关部门、各省、自治区、直辖市建设主管部门、部分勘察、设计、施工、科研、大专院校、中国工程建设标准化协会各专业委员会等单位的126名代表,欢聚一堂,共商大计。建设部郑一军副部长专门为会议发来了贺信,对中国工程建设标准化协会第四届理事会的工作做了肯定,同时对协会"第五届理事会的工作寄予厚望,希望新一
China Construction Standardization Association Fifth Member Congress, in November 19, 1999 to 21, held in Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province. This is a grand occasion for the standardization of our country's construction on the occasion of the mankind's entering into the 21st century. A total of 126 representatives from various departments under the State Council, departments in charge of construction in provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, departments in charge of some surveys, design, construction, scientific research, universities and colleges, professional committees of China Association of Engineering Construction Standardization, gathered for discussion.
