国家技术监督局、中华人民共和国建设部联合发布的《电气装置安装工程1kV及以下配线工程施工及验收规范》GB50258—96为强制性国家标准,自1997年2月1日起实施。笔者已对上述规范某些条款提出过建议,但在运用该规范的过程中,本人又发现有些条款还存在值得商榷之处,内容如下: (一)规范第2.1.9款规定:“水平或垂直敷设的明配电线保护管,其水平或垂直安装的允许偏差为1.5‰,全长偏差不应大于管内径的1/2”。
National Technical Supervision, People's Republic of China Ministry of Construction jointly issued the “installation of electrical installations 1kV and below wiring construction and acceptance norms” GB50258-96 as a mandatory national standard, since February 1, 1997 come into operation. I have made some suggestions on some of the above norms, but in the course of applying the norms, I also found that there are some articles that are still open to question. The contents are as follows: (1) Regulation 2.1.9 states: Or vertical laying of distribution line protection tube, the horizontal or vertical installation of the allowable deviation of 1.5 ‰, full-length deviation should not be greater than the tube diameter 1/2 ".
