士官职业教育具有职业技术教育的属性,又具有军事教育的特点,具有职业性、实践性和指向性。从“以问题为中心”构建士官教育课程的意义出发,反思传统的士官教育课程建设,继而提出了基于PBL的士官教育课程建设思路,以无人机维修专业为样本,从重构课程体系、组建课程团队、探索教学模式、优化考核办法四个方面进行了详细阐述和分析,给出了实施过程。
Vocational education of noncommissioned officers has the characteristics of vocational and technical education, but also has the characteristics of military education, with occupation, practicality and directionality. From the point of “constructing a noncommissioned education curriculum” with “problem as the center”, this paper reviews the traditional construction of noncommissioned officers education, and then puts forward the train of thought for noncommissioned officers education based on PBL. Taking the UAV maintenance professional as a sample, System, the formation of the curriculum team to explore the teaching mode, optimize the assessment methods in four aspects were described and analyzed in detail, given the implementation process.
