关于工业卫生工作的领导关系和具体分工,在1954年10月卫生部颁发试行的关于加强工业卫生工作中工业部门与地方卫生部门的分工暂行办法“中已有原则规定,但实践中证明其中仍有不够明确的地方。为了进一步贯彻第一届全国工业卫生会议决议,加强工业卫生工作的组织与领导,并本着体制会议的精神和目前的具体情况,对工业卫生工作的领导关系和各有关部门的工作任务,作如下规定:
