步入21世纪,在构建社会主义和谐社会的进程中完善对国有企业政工队伍建设迫在眉睫。党的十八大确定了全面建设小康社会和深化改革开放的目标,在国民经济的发展过程中,国有企业肩负着实践党的十八大精神的重要职责。然而,当前的国有企业政工队伍建设面临着诸多问题,员工思想重视程度不足,政工人才结构不合理,人员流动性差、人力资源不足。因此,在今后的一段时期内国有企业一定要加强政工队伍的建设,调整人才结构,加快复合型综合性人才的培养,顺应新形势、新需求。
Entering the 21st century, it is imminent to perfect the contingent of political workers in state-owned enterprises in the process of building a harmonious socialist society. At the 18th CPC National Congress, the goal of building an overall well-to-do society and deepening reform and opening up has been set. In the process of national economic development, state-owned enterprises shoulder the important responsibility of practicing the 18th CPC National Congress. However, the current construction of the state-owned enterprises is faced with many problems in the construction of the contingent of political workers, the lack of emphasis on employee thinking, the unreasonable structure of political workers, the mobility of personnel and the shortage of human resources. Therefore, in the coming period, state-owned enterprises must step up the construction of the contingent of political workers, readjust the structure of qualified personnel, speed up the training of composite comprehensive talents, and adapt to the new situation and new demands.
