随着社会经济的快速发展,社会生产活动的数量越来越多,因此,人们对于电量的需求越发急迫。电力资源是维持我国社会稳定发展的重要资源,电力企业也因此成为了十分具有社会地位的企业。在我国的经济体制不断变化的今天,电力企业自身也进行了深入的改革工作当中。工作内容与工作方法的改革,思想政治工作的改革都在如火如荼地进行中。企业政工是企业思想政治工作的重要实施者,其思想政治素质水平直接关系电力企业政工工作质量。本文以浅谈新形势下如何加强电力企业政工工作为题,对提高电力企业政工工作的问题与对策进行简要的分析。
With the rapid social and economic development, the number of social productive activities is increasing. Therefore, people’s demand for electricity is becoming more and more urgent. Power resources are an important resource for maintaining the stable development of our society. Power companies have therefore become very social enterprises. In the ever-changing economic system in our country, the power enterprises themselves have conducted in-depth reform work. Work content and methods of reform, ideological and political reform are in full swing. Enterprise political work is an important implementer of enterprise ideological and political work. The level of its ideological and political quality is directly related to the quality of political work in electric power enterprises. In this paper, to discuss how to strengthen the power industry’s political work in the new situation as a theme, to improve the power enterprise political work problems and countermeasures for a brief analysis.
