With the progress of economy and the continuous development of society, the hospital is confronted with new tasks and challenges in its operation. It is constantly challenged by the market economy and requires us to correctly recognize the importance of building the contingent of political workers in hospitals so as to find a good place and way , On the basis of a reasonable standard devoted to market competition.
