掠海导弹飞行模拟靶标是完成近程反导舰炮武器系统研制试验及装备交验所必须的重要靶标之一。该系统采用火箭橇作为仿“飞鱼”类导弹靶标的运载工具 ,应用固体火箭发动机技术实现了快速启动和制动 ,可真实模拟导弹外形几何尺寸及低空飞行运动特征 ,飞行航路复现性好 ,可多次使用 ,操作、维护方便 ,受气候影响小 ,满足反导舰炮武器系统跟踪、联调及进行射击试验等要求。
