选择性脱泥使低品位细粒嵌布不适合传统浮选的铁矿石的富集有更大希望了。这种工艺对于生产用水中存在的或从组成矿物溶解下来的钙镁离子非常敏感。通过流动电位测定、絮凝和阳离子浮选试验、萃取试验以及电子扫描显微镜研究,比较了这两种碱土金属离子对石英的影响。钙离子以CaoH~+吸附,因异类粒子凝聚附着的镁离子作为Mg(OH)_2沉淀呈现出来,对于石英悬浮液的絮凝和碱性矿浆中抑制阳离子浮选硅起很大作用。和吸附钙离子一样,镁的氢氧化物罩盖可以用EDTA和聚磷酸盐络合而除去。
Selective desliming leads to greater promise of enrichment of low-grade fine-grained iron ore that is unsuitable for conventional flotation. This process is very sensitive to the calcium and magnesium ions present in the production water or dissolved from the mineral composition. The effects of these two alkaline earth metal ions on quartz were investigated by flow potential measurement, flocculation and cation flotation, extraction and scanning electron microscopy. Ca2 + ions are adsorbed on CaoH ~ +, and the Mg ions adhered by heterogeneous particles agglomeration appear as Mg (OH) 2 precipitates, which play a significant role in flocculation of quartz suspension and inhibition of cationic flotation silicon in alkaline slurry. Like calcium ions, magnesium hydroxide covers can be removed by complexing with EDTA and polyphosphates.
