党的十五届四中全会明确提出:“坚持党的领导,发挥国有企业党组织的政治核心作用是一个重大原则。任何时候都不能动摇。”几年来,我们坚持以经济效益为中心,紧密联系企业实际。以深化改革为动力,以拓宽销售渠道,提高市场占有份额,实现扭亏增盈为目标,积极探索企业党建工作与生产经营管理的结合点,不断推进企业党组织的自身建设。
