汽车强则国家强,而汽车强国必须以本土企业为基础,对此国家要有清晰的认识。我们一定要做强自主品牌,以九大指标检视产业水平,破除政府多头管理,科学立法执法,坚定不移地实施汽车强国战略编者按机遇大,而挑战更大。这是清华大学汽车产业与技术战略研究院院长赵福全对于中国汽车产业当下的评价。他认为,中国汽车业在过去20年中取得的长足进步当然值得肯定,但是汽车产业的最终较量,比拼的是实力而不是进步,是总量而不是增量,是结果而不是过程。我们实现了从不会造车到会造车固然可喜可贺,但要从会造车迈向造好车则更加艰难。
Strong car countries are strong, and car powers must be based on local enterprises, this country should have a clear understanding. We must strengthen our own brand, review the industrial standard with nine major indicators, break the long government administration, scientifically enforce laws and regulations, and unswervingly implement the strategy of making a strong country by car. According to the opportunity, the challenge is even greater. This is Zhao Fuquan, Dean of Automotive Industry and Technology Strategy Institute of Tsinghua University, for the current evaluation of China’s auto industry. He believes that the considerable progress China’s auto industry has made in the past two decades certainly deserves to be affirmed. However, the ultimate contest in the automobile industry is strength rather than progress, totalization rather than incremental growth, and a result rather than a process. It is gratifying to realize that we will never build a car or make a car, but it will be even more difficult to make a car from making a car.
