目的通过对二次供水投诉举报情况的统计分析,找到原因,并在此基础上提出管理对策。方法收集并分析2005-2012年上海市长宁区卫生监督机构受理的二次供水投诉举报卷宗。结果二次供水投诉举报多见于老公房,反映“红虫”问题最多,卫生防护不严、供水管网的老化锈蚀及其存在死水区是主要原因。2010年后,二次供水投诉举报下降明显。结论在加强二次供水卫生防护措施的基础上,加快推进二次供水整体改造和实现供水企业管水到表,并通过修订完善相关法规,拓展卫生监管手段和加强部门协作等手段,不断提高二次供水卫生状况。
Aim Through the statistical analysis of the reported cases of secondary water supply complaints, find out the reasons, and on this basis, put forward the management countermeasures. Methods Collecting and analyzing the files of secondary water supply complaints received by the health supervision agencies of Changning District in Shanghai from 2005 to 2012. The results of the secondary water supply complaints reported more common in her husband’s house, reflecting “red worms ” the most problems, poor health protection, water supply pipe network aging corrosion and its existence is the main reason. After 2010, the secondary water supply complaints dropped significantly. Conclusions On the basis of strengthening sanitary protection measures for secondary water supply, we will speed up the overall transformation of secondary water supply and realize the water management of water supply enterprises to the table. By means of revising and perfecting relevant laws and regulations, expanding health supervision measures and strengthening departmental cooperation, Sub-water sanitation status.
