现今我国经济发展非常迅速,很多地方在党建方面的治理仍然存在问题,特别是在油田企业。因为油田企业在我国所呈现的作用非常大,是最重要的能源之一,所以必须对油田企业加强重视,做好党建工作。为了做好油田的党建工作,光加大重视的程度是不够的,要寻找有用有效的办法让工作发挥出最好的效果。在实践中,认真观察基层员工的状态,对他们的情况做到一个大概的了解,只有发现问题的实质,才可以找到真正有效的方法。如果党建的工作做好了,对油田企业以后的发展将会有很大的好处。本文主要对目前油田企业方面在党建工作中存在的一系列问题进行了表述,并根据以往的经验和提供的信息,对采取怎样的方式才能将党建的工作开展的更加顺利进行了分析。
