在改进变色酸偶氮安替比林类试剂常用合成方法的基础上,用氢氧化锂作催化荆合成了8种新的试剂。研究了试剂与钙的显色反应。在碱性介质中多数试剂与钙都有灵敏的显色反应(ε>10~4),其中间溴偶氮安替比林与钙显色的摩尔吸光系数ε_(630)为2.20×10~4L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1)。钙在0~30μg/25mL 符合比耳定律。Sandell 灵敏度为0.0018μg·cm~(-2)。环境水样中钙的测定结果令人满意.
On the basis of improving the common synthesis methods of the reagents of the methotrexate and antipyrine, eight new reagents were synthesized using lithium hydroxide as catalyst. The color reaction of reagents with calcium was studied. In alkaline medium, most of the reagents have a sensitive color reaction with calcium (ε> 10 ~ 4), and the molar extinction coefficient ε 630 of the midazepine antipyrine and calcium is 2.20 × 10 ~ 4L · mol ~ (-1) · cm ~ (-1). Calcium in 0 ~ 30μg / 25mL comply with the Beer’s law. The sensitivity of Sandell is 0.0018μg · cm ~ (-2). Environmental water samples in the determination of calcium was satisfactory.
