中国在电池成本控制和锂离子电池制造技术方面具有一定优势,但在上游材料技术和电池专利技术方面与国外的差距十分明显新能源汽车被看做是汽车产业未来的发展方向,为了抢占发展的制高点,各国均对此投入了大量人力物力。中国在新能源汽车领域的投入并不亚于任何一个国家,但有专家指出,中国在新能源汽车领域跟发达国家的差距正在逐步扩大,中国在电动汽车方面的优势正在逐渐下降。
