目的了解西城区农贸市场及超市中8类食品中铅、镉、汞污染现状,为居民消费各类食品提供参考,同时为北京市食品污染物监测提供数据。方法通过对2014、2015年两年来采集的8类食品样品中铅、镉、汞等重金属的测定,分析易受重金属污染的食品样品来源及污染情况。结果铅共计监测150件样品,10件样品受污染,超标率为6.67%;镉共计监测150件样品,28件样品受污染,超标率为18.7%;汞共计监测60件样品,3件样品受污染,超标率为5%。结论部分食品的安全问题令人堪忧,应加强食品安全监督与检验,强化质量管理,切实保障人民群众的食品安全。
Objective To understand the status quo of lead, cadmium and mercury pollution in eight kinds of foodstuffs in the farmer’s market and supermarkets in Xicheng District, and to provide references for residents to consume all kinds of foods and to provide data for the monitoring of food contaminants in Beijing. Methods Based on the determination of heavy metals such as lead, cadmium and mercury in eight types of food samples collected in two years from 2014 to 2015, the sources and contamination of food samples that are susceptible to heavy metal contamination were analyzed. Results A total of 150 samples of lead were monitored and 10 samples were contaminated, exceeding the standard rate of 6.67%. A total of 150 samples of cadmium were monitored and 28 samples were contaminated with a superscalar rate of 18.7%. A total of 60 mercury samples and 3 samples were affected Pollution, exceeding the standard rate of 5%. Conclusion Some of the food safety problems are worrisome. Food safety supervision and inspection should be strengthened, quality management strengthened, and the people’s food safety ensured.
