目的探索国际航行船舶不同部位截获外来医学媒介生物的风险性及高风险位置之间的相关性。方法以宁波港为研究范围,开展为期一年半的船舶外来媒介生物携带情况调查,将到港外来医学媒介生物截获阳性的1 472艘次国际航行船舶列为研究对象,应用饼图法及基于SAS/EM的关联规则挖掘技术对船舶截获外来医学媒介生物的高风险部位及其关联性进行分析研究。结果船舶外来媒介生物截获风险性最高的位置是厨房(风险占比达到64.95%),以下依次是船前后甲板、垃圾储藏室、船员宿舱、食品库、餐厅等。而关联规则挖掘揭示出餐厅和厨房存在强相关性:船上餐厅能截获外来媒介生物,则有70.59%的可能性会在该船的厨房里再次截获到媒介生物(Confidence=70.59%,Support=6.58%,Lift=1.04)。结论关联规则挖掘等大数据分析技术的应用是国境卫生检疫增强把关效能,提升监管科学性和有效性的强有力工具,因而理应加快推广应用。
Objective To explore the correlation between the risk of intercepting foreign medical vectors in different parts of international voyages and the high-risk locations. Methods Taking Ningbo Port as a research area, we conducted a survey on the carrying of foreign organisms in ships for a year and a half. As a research object, we included 1 472 international voyages which were intercepted by foreign medical vectors in port, SAS / EM association rules mining technology for the detection of high-risk parts of ships intercepting foreign medical vectors and their relevance analysis. Results The most risky site for intercepting exogenous vectors was the kitchen (the risk accounted for 64.95%), followed by the front and back deck, garbage room, crew quarters, food bank, restaurant and so on. Mining association rules revealed a strong correlation between restaurants and kitchens: on board restaurants intercepting alien vector organisms, there was a 70.59% chance of intercepting media organisms in the ship’s kitchen (Confidence = 70.59%, Support = 6.58 %, Lift = 1.04). Conclusion The application of big data analysis techniques such as association rules mining is a powerful tool for frontier health quarantine to enhance the effectiveness of supervision and enhance the scientific and effective supervision. Therefore, it is necessary to speed up the popularization and application.
