目的:观察焦炉逸散物(COEs)相关肿瘤标志物—细胞角蛋白(CYFRA21-1)、鳞状上皮癌细胞抗原(SCC)、神经原特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)在焦炉工人血清中的表达及临床意义。方法:选择35例工龄在3年以上的焦炉工人(COEs暴露人群)为实验组;选择35例来自维修车间和行政部门的工人(COEs非暴露人群)为对照组。在常规职业健康查体的同时,采集空腹静脉血用免疫酶联吸附测定法检测血清中肿瘤标志物水平,将四种肿瘤标志物进行实验组与对照组比较、工龄分组比较、作业环境分组(炉顶组和炉侧组)比较,进行统计学分析。结果:暴露人群血清中肿瘤标志物CYFRA21-1、NSE水平显著高于非暴露人群组(P<0.01);作业岗位炉顶组CYFRA21-1、NSE高于炉侧组(P<0.05);工龄分组比较随接触工龄的年数增加而增高(P<0.05),均具有统计学意义。结论:焦炉作业工人血清中CYFRA21-1、SCC、NSE、TNF水平呈不同程度的阳性表达,本研究可以为COEs暴露和相关健康损伤程度的常规检测提供技术支持,为减少COEs暴露和相关焦炉工人肺癌提供科学依据。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the expression of tumor necrosis factor (COEs) associated tumor markers such as CYFRA21-1, SCC, NSE, Expression of TNF in serum of coke oven workers and its clinical significance. Methods: 35 coke oven workers (COEs exposed population) with more than 3 years of service were selected as the experimental group and 35 workers (COEs non-exposed group) from the maintenance workshop and the administrative department were selected as the control group. At the same time of routine occupational health examination, the fasting venous blood was collected to detect the level of tumor markers in the serum by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The four tumor markers were compared between the experimental group and the control group. Top group and furnace side group), statistical analysis. Results: The levels of CYFRA21-1 and NSE in serum of exposed group were significantly higher than those of non - exposed group (P <0.01). The CYFRA21-1 and NSE in the top group were higher than those in the side group (P <0.05). CONCLUSIONS: The levels of CYFRA21-1, SCC, NSE and TNF in the serum of coke oven workers are positive in varying degrees. This study can provide technical support for the routine detection of COEs exposure and related health damage.
