目的探讨Quadrant系统辅助微创单臂外固定架治疗儿童长管状骨骨折的方法及疗效。方法采用Quadrant系统辅助微创单臂外固定架治疗23例儿童长管状骨骨折,观察骨性愈合时间、感染率、骨不连率和并发症。结果随访6~9个月,患者均无成角、旋转、重叠畸形及钉道感染;骨性愈合时间6.4~11.8周,平均9.2周;术后6周带外固定架行走,12周内拆除外固定架,患肢功能恢复良好。结论本法治疗儿童长管状骨骨折,具有操作简单、微创、能早期活动、住院时间短等优点。
Objective To investigate the method and effect of Quadrant system assisted minimally invasive single arm external fixator in treating children with long bone fracture. Methods Twenty - three children with long tubular fracture were treated with Quadrant system assisted minimally invasive single arm external fixator. The healing time, infection rate, rate of nonunion and complications were observed. Results The patients were followed up for 6 to 9 months without any angle, rotation, overlapping deformity and nail infection. The healing time ranged from 6.4 to 11.8 weeks with an average of 9.2 weeks. After 6 weeks of operation, the stent was removed with an external fixator and removed within 12 weeks External fixator, limb function recovered well. Conclusion The treatment of children with long tubular fractures, with simple, minimally invasive, early activities, hospitalization time is short and so on.
