旨在通过超微粉碎处理对枸杞蜂花粉破壁情况及其主要活性成分的影响研究,确定该技术在枸杞蜂花粉精深加工中的适用性。试验以枸杞蜂花粉为材料,采用超微粉碎技术对枸杞花粉进行超微粉碎处理,重点研究超微粉碎工艺对枸杞花粉粒径、黄酮类化合物含量的影响。结果表明,与普通粉碎枸杞蜂花粉对比,总黄酮含量提高。在电镜下观察,油菜花粉普通粉基本可以看到完整的细胞形态,而超微粉的颗粒变小、大小均匀,绝大多数细胞壁破裂,基本无完整的细胞存在。结果证明,超微粉碎处理有利于枸杞蜂花粉的破壁及其总黄酮的释放,适宜在枸杞蜂花粉精深加工中推广应用。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of ultrafine comminution on the breakage of Chinese wolfberry bee pollen and the main active ingredients of the Chinese wolfberry bee pollen. The experiment uses the Chinese wolfberry bee pollen as the material, and the ultrafine grinding technology is used to ultrafine the wolfberry pollen. The effects of the ultrafine grinding technology on the pollen grain size and flavonoid content of wolfberry are studied. The results showed that the content of total flavonoids increased compared with the common ground berry pollen. Observed under electron microscope, the general morphology of the rape pollen powder can be seen basically, while the particles of the ultrafine powder become smaller and the size is even. Most of the cell walls rupture, and almost no intact cells exist. The results show that the ultrafine smash treatment is conducive to the wolfberry bee pollen broken wall and the release of total flavonoids, suitable for the deep processing of Chinese wolfberry bee pollen to promote the application.
