研究了补肾合剂（BSM）促进环磷酰胺（CY）抑制小鼠免疫和造血功能的作用。结果表明BSM10g／（kg·d）×7d口服能明显促进CY抑制小鼠免疫造血功能的恢复，提示对化疗药物的免疫毒理和血液毒理作用可通过中医的补肾途径而纠正。
The effect of BSM on the immune and hematopoietic function of mice induced by cyclophosphamide (CY) was studied. The results showed that BSM10g/(kg·d)×7d orally could significantly promote the recovery of immune hematopoietic function in mice induced by CY, suggesting that the immunotoxicity and hematological toxic effects of chemotherapeutic drugs can be corrected through the traditional Chinese medicine kidney-building method.
